G. Brandt Meat Packers Ltd. of Mississauga has announced a voluntary recall of certain ready-to-eat cooked meat products as they may be contaminated with Salmonella and or Listeria.

The meats include a host of varities of Bologna, sausage, pepperoni, veal and hams, all bearing Est. 164

While there have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products, consumers are advised not to consume and to discard them if purchased up to July 30, 2010 from over-the-counter delis.

 

Consumers who purchased any of these Brandt products can either return the product for a full refund at their point-of-purchase location or by contacting Brandt Meats at 1-800-387-9340 Ext 227.
