A bomb-shell of info about Colonel Russell Williams.
The accused multiple murderer allegedly was a pal of serial killer Paul Bernardo and they partied together during college.
They both attended the University of Toronto's Scarborough campus, both studied economics and graduated in '87 and both their families lived along the bluffs.
Cops are looking into the link and even whether Williams and Bernardo may have "competed against each other."
