Toronto police have identified a 32-year-old man fatally shot on Sunday as a Vancouver resident. Police say Shane Kelter died of gunshot wounds to the torso. Police were called to Bay Street and Wellesley Street on Sunday after gunshots were reported.

Police say officers found Kelter on the sidewalk with obvious signs of trauma. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
