    They've gone after gas-guzzling clunkers and power-wasting lightbulbs, now the green police are targetting power-hungry flat-screen TV's.

    Lawmakers in California have passed a bill requiring sets under 59 inches to consume electricity more efficiently beginning in 2011, leading some to believe Ontario will quickly follow suit.
