Toronto police have charged an off-duty officer after a man was found asleep in a car early Friday morning, with the motor running. Police say the man showed obvious signs of impairment. 33 year old Constable Adam Lourenco, who has 8 years of service with Toronto police, was charged with impaired care and control. He was due in court Friday.
