Eleven Clublink employees are no longer facing charges in connection with the deaths of three people in a crash in Muskoka in 2008.
Charges were dropped against the corporation directors and officers.
The three victims had ordered 31 drinks during an afternoon binge session before driving away and crashing.
Some staffers at the Lake Joseph club are still facing charges.
