Rengal Killer To Remain In Youth Facility For Now
    Toronto/AM640

    11/4/2009

A judge deciding Wednesday the man who stabbed Stephanie Rengal to death almost two years ago will be allowed to stay in a youth correctional facility until he's 21 years old. Justice Ian Nordheimer said it was not only in the best interests of David Bagshaw, but in the best interests of society. Bagshaw will remain in youth jail until January 2011. At that time he will be transferred to an adult facility unless he can convince a court to allow him to stay in the youth system for longer.
