BC's ambulance paramedics say they're being forced back to work to ensure services are not disrupted during the 2010 Games.
They have been on strike since April first, but the government is now legislating them back to work.
CUPE BC's Barry o' Neill says a memo from the Games medical director to the BC Ambulance Service boss makes it clear Vanoc doesn't want any possible disruptions.
But Health Minister Kevin Falcon says British Columbians need to know emergency services are in place as we battle the H1 N1 bug and head into winter.
