A deadly 2 vehicle crash this (Tue) evening.
It happened just before 7:00 at 71st and Sherwood Park Freeway...as it turns into Whyte Ave.
"Both the female passenger and the female driver in the caravan have died. I've had officers double check this they tell me that the ages of both traffic fatality victims are 69." Dean Parthenis with EPS
The man in his 20's driving the van suffered minor injuries.
The area remains closed as police investigate...no charges have been laid. (tc)
