In an Agreed Statement of Fact, Nickel admits to hiding a camera in a clock in the bathroom of his Edmonton home, then taping one of his daughter's friends while she had a shower.
It's among more than 800 porm images and videos, police found on Nickel's home computer when they arrested him in September of 2008.
Defense council asked the judge to hand down a sentence of two-and-a-half years in prison.
Nickel will return to court, November 10th for sentencing.
