I understand that a Caché representative will be contacting me at the email or telephone number I have provided. I understand that CFMJ shall make no use of my Personal Information other than to transfer it to Caché for the purpose described herein. I further understand and agree that CFMJ is in no way responsible for the activities of Caché and that any failure of Caché to adhere to local, provincial or federal privacy laws or regulations relating to the use of my Personal Information is the responsibility of Caché, exclusively.
