TORONTO -- Mikhail Grabovski returns tonight from a broken left wrist that sidelined him for twenty-three games and nearly two months.
"It's a long time," Grabovski said of the layoff. "I'm very excited because I start playing and coach give me chance to play tonight."
After notching a surprising 20 goals as a rookie last season, Grabovski struggled to find twine early this season with just 7 goals in forty-two games, although he did add eighteen assists.
"I think he was producing," Ron Wilson said of Grabovski. "I don't expect much right off the bat in terms of offense. I don't think he's still 100% in terms of shooting and taking faceoffs, but we've missed his speed and the threat of beating people one on one."

Born and raised just outside the city in Maple, Luca Caputi will don the blue and white tonight for the first time in front of the hometown crowd following a trade from Pittsburgh last week.
"It's going to be an expensive night for myself but it's all worth it in the end," Caputi joked of ticket requests for the game.
"I was in the minors there for a while and for something like this to happen is obviously very special for myself and my family. Tonight's going to be fun."

On an injury note, Fredrik Sjostrom will miss the next couple weeks with a suspected shoulder injury.
