Gustavsson/Toskala Ruled Out For Saturday

Ron Wilson ruled Jonas Gustavsson and Vesa Toskala out of Saturday's game in Vancouver as the two goalies recover from injures. The two skated in full equipment on Tuesday, but neither practiced with the team. Gustavsson is out with a groin injury, while Toskala is battling back from a knee injury.
Wilson talked on Tuesday of his desire for a new level of intensity and fight within his team at practice.
"I want some players to get mad at each other, not me just getting mad at them," Wilson said.
"They have to get really mad within to bust out of this. I see it coming. It wouldn't shock me if before the end of the week, we may have a fight or two in practice which I think would be a good kind of a elixir for us to show that we're getting angry that we haven't won a game up to this point."
Ian White was back at practice on Tuesday with a bruised and battered face, after taking a puck off the stick of Sean Avery to the face on Saturday night.

The team looks like it is missing the all important on ice Direction. Where is a captain when you need one.
Also for those who said fire Wilson - try to understand he is REBUILDING a team so they still need to gel with the new tactics and strategies. Rome wasn't built in a day or a month or a year.

This just in... a victory also ruled out for Saturday. Can we see what Reimer has. He could not possibly be worse than MacDonald.

i had heard that kessel had practiced as well?is this try and did he skate in a line or with a line ?thanks ...Ron
