Toronto Police have charged a 28-year-old man following the death of a construction worker.
Jovon Henry is facing a total of six charges.
Investigators say the victim, was killed on October 12th of last year, while working at a site in the east end of the city. It`s alleged Henry drove his BMW into the construction zone, striking the 41-year-old worker and killing him.
Police allege Henry then fled the scene and abandoned the vehicle.
Charges include criminal negligence causing death, flight causing death and possession of property obtained by crime.
