A Toronto man is facing child sex charges stemming from three incidents that allegedly occurred in the city’s north west several years ago.
Police say a man in the Keele St. and Lawrence Ave. W. area allegedly sexually assaulted an underage person multiple times in 2007. That same year, a man is accused of inviting a child to sexual touching. A child was also allegedly sexually assaulted in 2010, this time in the area of Eglinton Ave. W. and Keele St.
On Monday, Toronto police arrested an individual in connection with the investigation and charged him with 12 offences, including sexual assault, sexual interference and sexual exploitation of a young person.
The name of the accused has not been released due to a publication ban.
