A third suspect has been arrested in connection with the death of American tourist, Julian Jones in Little Italy earlier this month.
According to police, 28-year-old Andrew Christopher O’Brien surrendered to police at 14 Division at around 9.p.m. on Monday night, just days after police named him as a suspect.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 10.a.m. on Tuesday morning.
26 year old Jones was beaten to death outside a bar in the College Street and Manning Avenue area in the early hours of Saturday, November 5th, in what police say was an unprovoked attack.
Jones was in Toronto with a group of friends to attend a bachelor party at the time.
Two people had previously been charged in connection with the death.
25-year-old Kenneth Omorogbe and 24-year-old Kamari Folkes, both of Toronto, were arrested on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 and are facing a charge of second degree murder.
