Mayor Tory is fed up with the consistent lane closures around the city due to condo developments shutting down lanes for an extended amount of time. So he decided to draw the line with his Get Toronto Moving platform.
Tory wants to find a way to Get Toronto Moving while still getting buildings moving up from the ground. This leads to everyone questioning why it takes so long to build in Toronto.
How we strike the right balance between these two things?
Should we have some kind of penalty or incentive in place for the companies, subcontractors or others involved that are being used by the City to complete these projects?
