An arrest has been made in connection with the murder of man in a parking garage in Mississauga last week.
31 year old Nam Huu Pham was found dead inside the garage near Grand Park Drive and Burnhamthorpe Road on September 28th.
He was found with what police described as obvious signs of trauma, an autopsy later confirmed that Pham had died as a result of a stab wound.
Peel Police say that a suspect was arrested in connection with the death on Monday, October 3rd in the area of The Queensway and Hurontario Street.
David Baichoo of Mississauga is now charged with first degree murder.
The 26 year old made his first court appearance on Tuesday afternoon and has been remanded in custody to appear in court again on November 4th, for a special bail hearing.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and would still like to speak to anyone who has information regarding the incident and/or persons involved.
