1000 pedestrians and cyclists have been hit since June of this year. That’s about 10 accidents a day. How do we reduce this? Mayor John Tory has announced his plan to fix the congestion in the city. Sounds like a good idea. But not everyone agrees.
Other mega cities are suggesting limiting car use or speed reduction.
