Violence has erupted in Charlotte, North Carolina for a second night as protests over the controversial police shooting of a black man. The violence escalated to the point where one protester, shot another.
Police have said they have a video capturing the death of the victim, Keith Scott (43), however they will not be releasing it to the public.
The video will only be shown to the family of the victim, Keith Scott.
Should Charlotte Police release the video to the public? Would it calm the situation, or just add fuel to the fire?
