Two men are facing charges after a stabbing last month in Vaughan.
York police say at around 10:30 p.m.on August 22 they were called to a restaurant parking lot on Bathurst Street, north of Steeles Avenue, for reports of a stabbing.
Investigators believe a verbal argument between one man and 2 others escalated into a fight and he was eventually stabbed during the fight.
The 27 year old victim from Thornhill was rushed to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Dmytro Veremenko was arrested in Richmond Hill last month and charged with attempted murder.
Police arrested a second man on Thursday and now 45 year old Gediminas Kevalas is also charged with attempted murder and breach of probation.
Both men will appear in court later this month.
