“Why don’t you lick me where I fart?”
Not a great pick-up line at the bar, and maybe not the most appropriate thing for a teacher to say.
However, it’s alleged that English teacher Jennifer Elizabeth Green-Johnson used that line on a student at Dunnville Secondary School in Haldimand, Ontario.
The high school teacher is facing two charges against her. She’s accused of slapping a male student on the head and telling him to “grow some balls”. This March 2015 incident saw her suspended by the Grand Erie District School Board for one day without pay.
The second from the 2015-16 school year included swearing at students, calling one a “bloody pedophile”, and remarking that another looked like “a frumpy old lady today.” She received a six-day suspension without pay from the board in that case.
These are Green-Johnson’s third and fourth visits to the Ontario College of Teachers. Previously she’s been found guilty of calling students stupid, idiot, gay and “a bitch.” She swears in her classroom.
The school board has disciplined her numerous times in the past, hitting her with both paid and unpaid suspensions. The board does have the power to terminate Green-Jonhson’s employment if her behaviour is not corrected.
