The truth of the matter is, we are all born and we are all going to die. Odds are, people are not going to study us millions of years later. Lucy on the other hand, has much to teach us about our ancestral past.
Anthropologist John Kappelman and his team at the University of Texas at Austin have reason to believe that (Australopithecus Afarensis) was alive and conscious at the time of her death.
Well of course she was alive at the time of her death… aren’t we all? And why do we continue to study our ancestor who has been dead for over 3 million years. It’s important to find out how she lived and died because it will give us a little more insight in to how we evolved.
John Kappelman shares his findings with Kelly Cutrara.
