A man wanted in a double shooting at Yonge-Dundas Square last weekend has turned himself in to police.
Two men got into a fight early Sunday morning in the Yonge and Dundas Streets area; one pulled a gun from his waistband and fired four shots at the other.
One of the bullets struck another man standing in Yonge-Dundas Square and both victims were taken to hospital with life threatening injuries.
Police later identified the suspect as 22 year old Alfredo Blass of Toronto.
Early today Blass turned himself into police and he was arrested.
Blass is now facing 9 charges including 2 counts of attempted murder, 2 counts of aggravated assault and several weapons related offences.
