The Toronto Police are seeing a rising problem of animals being left on balconies. The police are calling it a “grey area” and are still working to address the issue.
The police were recently notified of a dog left out side on the next door balcony with nothing but an empty vodka bottle. With the recent heat, it is obvious why leaving a dog stranded on a balcony is an issue, but due to condo security, and lack of sight and access to condo balconies, the issue comes more complicated.
Toronto Police Const. Craig Brister joins Kelly to give us some more insight on the “grey area”.
