Donald Trump can now add a running mate to his ballot.
In an announcement at a hotel in New York City, Trump declared Indiana Governor Mike Pence as his running mate just one day ahead the Republic Convention in Cleveland.
I am pleased to announce that I have chosen Governor Mike Pence as my Vice Presidential running mate. News conference tomorrow at 11:00 A.M.

The presumptive Republic nominee originally halted his decision claiming to show respect to the victims and those affected by the attacks in Nice, France.
Though only for a brief few moments, Pence joined Trump on stage following the announcement and stated that now is the time for the Republican party to unite and come together. Pence also tweeted his pride of joining Trump on the path to the presidency.
