An arrest has been made in connection with a trio of sexual assaults in both Vaughan and Toronto.
The first assault dates back to May 26th, when a woman was approached and assaulted as she unlocked the door to her home in the Keele Street and Rutherford Road area of Vaughan in broad daylight.
Security camera images of the the man were released following this attack and a vehicle description provided, however no arrests were made.
The investigation continued and on July 5th, police held a news conference to say that the believed the suspect may have been responsible for two further sexual assaults which had taken place in Toronto.
These had taken place in the Whitmore Avenue and Fairleigh Crescent and Brooke Avenue and Yonge Boulevard areas.
A news conference is scheduled for 11.a.m. on Friday morning when police will provide more information on the suspect and the charges he faces.
