According to a new study, not even cancer is enough to stop smokers from smoking cigarettes.
Research by the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer found little difference in the smoking behaviours of those with and without cancer. Some seem to believe that the damage is already done, so there’s no point stopping now. Meanwhile, evidence shows smoking stunts the effects of chemotherapy and radiation, worsens the side effects from treatment, and even create another cancer.
Should these people not be entitled to health care?
