Former Toronto Maple Leafs coach Pat Quinn and one time Leaf Eric Lindros are on their way to the Hockey Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2016.
They’ll be joined by goalie Rogie Vachon and Russian star Sergei Makarov.
Quinn is going into the hall as a coach after tenures in Los Angeles, Vancouver, Toronto and Edmonton. Although he never won the Stanley Cup, he did manage to win a gold medal at the Olympics in 2002 for Canada.
Lindros was selected in his seventh year of eligibility after registering 865 career points with 372 goals with 493 assists.
Vachon was a goalie that went on to become a three-time Stanley Cup champion and Marakov was a two-time Olympic gold medalist.
