A Mississauga man is facing charges in a sexual assault investigation which targeted a pair of females.
The victims, a 15 year old and a 20 year old, were attacked over an eight-year period, starting in 2008, while the accused was working as a self-described Sufi religious healer.
Syed Ahmed Amir Khan, 37, has been charged with two counts each of sexual assault, extortion and non-consensual distribution of intimate images, and sexual exploitation
Police say Khan, who was also known as Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin, has worked as a religious healer for several years in Peel, and also worked in the Guelph Line and QEW area in Burlington.
It’s believed there could be some more victims.
