The jury in the Tim Bosma murder trial have now resumed deliberations after one of the jurors fell ill on Wednesday morning.
Justice Andrew Goodman suspended court proceedings until the man, who suffered a migraine received medical care.
He was treated and court resumed at 2.20.p.m.
Deliberations are now into their third day after the judge completed his instruction to the jury on Monday.
Dellen Millard and Mark Smich have both pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder charges in Bosma’s death.
The Crown alleges the men planned for more than a year to steal a truck, kill its owner and incinerate the body.
