After nearly four and a half months in the courtroom, the Tim Bosma murder trial is expected to conclude sometime Thursday.
The Crown will make its closing arguments, arguing the two men accused planned together for over a year to steal a truck, kill a man and burn his body.
Mark Smich and Dellen Millard have each pleaded not guilty to first degree murder.
Millard’s lawyer maintains it was Smich who shot and killed Bosma in a botched robbery; Smich has testified it was co-accused Dellen Millard who pulled the trigger and burned his body.
Bosma’s charred remains were found in an animal incinerator in May of 2013.
