Bismack Biyombo was a monster in Game 3 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals setting a team playoff record with 26 rebounds on Saturday night
The Toronto Raptors centre also known as “Big Business” since Drake dubbed him with that name has been a key factor during the playoffs after stepping up his game in place of Jonas Valanciunas who injured his ankle in Game 3 of the semi-finals.
Coach Dwane Casey gave his centre credit following Toronto’s 99-84 Game 3 win over the Cavs in which Biyombo led his team to a victory handing the Cavs their first loss of the post season.
Biyombo, who stated before Game 2 that he’s not afraid of LeBron and only lions, joins good company with this record as one of five players since 1984 to register 25 or more rebounds in a playoff game. Those players are Dwight Howard, Tim Duncan, Dikembe Mutombo and former Raptor Hakeem Olajuwon.
Game 4 takes place at 8:30 p.m. ET at the Air Canada Centre and Jurassic Park is expected to have its largest crowd of the playoffs so far. The crowd in Game 3 managed to take over most of Bremner Boulevard between the ACC and Rogers Centre.
Centre Jonas Valanciunas was on the floor for about 15 minutes before Game 3 practicing and was a game time decision that night. However, his status for Game 4 is still not known.
The Cleveland Cavaliers, who were held up at customs and took to social media to tweet videos about the incident, felt they were perhaps being delayed due to their lead in the series.
The Cavs lead the Raptors 2-1 in the NBA Eastern Conference Final.
