The Toronto Raptors will play their first NBA Eastern Conference Finals game tonight when they head to Cleveland to play Game 1 at 8:30 p.m. ET at Quicken Loans Arena.
LeBron James says the Raptors will not be taken lightly, considering they finished one game behind Cleveland for first place in the East and that they also won the season series against the Cavaliers 2-1.
Coach Dwayne Casey says that the Raptors will be without centre Jonas Valanciunas for the first two games of the series and he has yet to resume practicing since spraining his ankle in Game 3 of the semi-finals series with the Miami Heat.
This is the second straight appearance for the Cavs in the Eastern Conference Finals and they have also had eight days of rest before learning that they will play the Raptors in the third round.
The Raptors will play their first home game of the series on Saturday at 8:30 p.m.
