One of two men charged with first degree murder in the 2013 death of Tim Bosma returns to the stand.
Cross examination of Mark Smich will continue Tuesday.
During his testimony Monday, Smich was not able to recall key details, including where the gun used to kill Bosma was buried.
Smich told the court the weapon did not belong to him, and that he couldn’t remember where in the Oakville forest he buried it.
He testified he wrapped the gun with tape and used an average size spade to bury it.
Smich also indicated other witnesses have lied on the stand.
He and co-accused Dellen Millard have each pleaded not guilty.
