The Toronto Raptors will look to punch their ticket to their first ever trip to the NBA Eastern Conference Finals when they face the Miami Heat in Game 6 of the semi-finals tonight.
Toronto leads the series 3-2 after a 99-91 victory on Wednesday night in Miami.
The Raptors DeMarre Carroll and Heat’s Luol Deng who are dealing with minor injuries in Game 5 are listed as questionable, but both are expected to be available to play in Game 6.
Meantime, Toronto center Jonas Valanciunas (ankle) and Miami center Hassan Whiteside (knee) are both expected to sit out for Game 6. Also, DeMar DeRozan’s right thumb is still an issue, but he will play tonight.
Raptors fans will be packed inside Jurassic Park and many across the country will be glued to TV screens with high anticipation and expectations in hopes of watching their team win another seven game series for the second time in their existence.
Toronto will play on Sunday regardless, whether it’s Game 7 at the Air Canada Centre or Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Final in Cleveland.
