A raging wildfire in Northern Alberta is not showing any signs of slowing down, which prompted officials to issue another evacuation order.
Residents of Anzac, Fort McMurray First Nation and Gregoire Lake Estates are being told to leave their homes.
Some had been playing host to people who fled their homes in Fort McMurray; now they are all on the move.
The weather isn’t helping firefighting efforts. Thursday’s forecast for Fort McMurray calls for partly sunny conditions, strong winds with a slight chance of rain.
Premier Kathleen Wynne has pledged about 100 firefighters to the area. They are scheduled to leave tomorrow.
Meantime the Alberta government says it will match all donations made to the Red Cross to help those affected.
