Toronto City Council will debate on whether to approve the pilot project for a five-kilometre stretch of bike lanes on Bloor Street, this week.
The project would put up temporary bike lanes between Shaw and Avenue road which would mean less on-street parking for motorists, and one less lane of traffic each way.
If the final proposal is given the OK from City Council, cyclists could be pedaling along that stretch by the summer.
The full feasibility study can be found here.
