A man in his 20’s has been pronounced dead following a four vehicle collision in Mississauga on Friday evening.
Emergency crews were called to the scene at Britannia Road and Latimer Drive at around 7.p.m. with several occupants of vehicles requiring extrication by firefighters.
The victim was without vital signs when paramedics arrived and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Three others have been taken to hospital for treatment.
Two ORNGE air ambulances were originally called to the scene, however they were later called off.
Peel Regional Police say the major collision bureau is at the scene and the intersection of Britannia and Latimer is closed to allow for an investigation.
