Police are continuing to investigate a serious collision which left a black SUV wedged between a hydro pole and a convenience store in downtown Toronto.
Officers were called to the scene at the corner of Bathurst and Harbord streets at around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
It thought the black SUV struck another vehicle which was attempting to make a U turn, it then struck the hydro pole which sent the back end of the SUV swinging into the Stop ‘n’ Go convenience store.
Speed is thought to have been a factor in the crash, with two people suffering non life threatening injuries.
Roads in the area were closed to facilitate the clean up.
