Justin Trudeau and his cabinet met with three consulting gurus in Alberta Monday for a three-day retreat.
One of the world-renowned speakers is Sir Michael Barber, a former advisor to the Tony Blair government, who has spoken to dozens of government agencies ranging from Louisiana to Pakistan.
His concept is “deliverology”, an idea that uses science to measure a government’s progress on keeping to the promises they made to the public.
Barber said the Liberal cabinet appears to have adopted the strategies he taught them at the previous conference he experienced with them back in January.
The cost to taxpayers for this retreat is $150,000.
