Marco Muzzo is set to learn his fate on Tuesday morning when he appears in a Newmarket courtroom for sentencing.
The 29-year-old has pleaded guilty to four charges of impaired driving causing death for an incident back on September 27th, 2015 where his vehicle collided with the Neville-Lake family’s van and killed 9-year-old Daniel Neville-Lake, his brother 5-year-old Harrison Neville-Lake, and their two-year-old sister Milly Neville-Lake. Their grandfather, Gary Neville, who was driving the van, was also killed.
The crown is asking for a sentence between 10 and 12 years, but Muzzo’s lawyer, Brian Greenspan, is seeking an eight year prison term.
Talk Radio AM640’s Andy Borkowski will be in attendance when the decision is handed down.
