Terrorist attacks in Brussels on Tuesday left nearly three dozen dead and fifty more wounded, with Daesh (the Islamic State group) claiming responsibility. Though the attack was on the other side of the Atlantic, Canada is not immune to terror, as we saw in Ottawa in 2014, and in Toronto earlier this month.
