A 22 year old Toronto man is facing several charges after a firearm was recovered over the weekend.
Police were patrolling in The East Mall and Rathburn Road area, as part of a proactive enforcement initiative, when they spotted two men going into a Toronto Community Housing Building.
The pair were investigated for offences under the Provincial Offences Act and the Controlled Drug Substances Act, and during that investigation, it was revealed one of the men was in possession of a firearm.
