You’ll have to go to bed earlier now if you want that extra hour of sleep.
At 2AM this Sunday, the clocks will spring forward an hour and change from standard time to daylight saving time.
The time change will affect most of the country with the exception of Saskatchewan and several areas of Western Canada, who stay on central standard time all year round.
With the time change, Police are urging drivers to take extra care on the roads this Monday as the loss of sleep could possibly impair drivers.
Daylight saving time ends November 6th.
