Former first lady, Nancy Reagan, has been laid to rest at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation, which is located in Simi Valley, California.
Her funeral took place 11 a.m. local time and was not open to members of the general public.
Reagan died in her sleep on Sunday afternoon at the age of 94.
Former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, who was a long-time friend of the Reagan family, was in attendance and read a heart-felt letter to Nancy in regards to their first Christmas Day together in the White House back in 1981.
Her husband, Ronald Reagan, was the 40th president of the United States and he served two terms between 1981 and 1989. He passed away back on June 5th, 2004, at the age of 93.
Reagan’s two children, Ron Reagan Jr. and Patti Davis, will deliver eulogies.
Larry King, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mr. T, George W. Bush, Hillary Clinton and Rosalynn Carter were other guests who were also on hand.
Nancy has been buried next to her husband Ronald.
