Any one who puffs on e-cigarettes or medical pot will soon have a lot less places to go to get their fix.
The province will soon ban anyone from smoking or vaporizing anywhere regular cigarettes are prohibited.
This is the government’s second crack at trying to get these regulatiuons implimented. A ban on e-cigarette use in enclosed public places, workplaces and certain outdoor areas was supposed to take effect January 1st.
But after the public learned of the medical marijuana exemptions, the government put the rules on hold.
These new regulations will be posted for consultation and the government will continue to get feedback from experts.
