Toronto Police have confirmed that a 3 year old boy, who had been missing since he got separated from his family at a downtown condo building. has now been located safe and well.
The alarm was raised when Jaitra Pakala could not be located after he did not follow his mother into an elevator at 25 Telegram Mews in the area of Front and Spadina streets at around 6:20 p.m.
A command post was then set up by police outside the building to help in the search for the boy, with more than 100 officers and the K-9 unit becoming involved in the search.
However it was confirmed by police in a tweet sent shortly after 10.30.p.m that Jaitra had been located.
Its not immediately clear where he was found.
