Toronto police say a man shot Monday evening has died from his injuries.
Police were called to the area of Keele and Dundas Streets at 7:07 p.m. for a shooting.
When paramedics arrived they found found a 29 year old man suffering from gunshots wounds but he was still conscious and breathing at the time.
He was rushed to hospital where he would succumb to his injuries and become the 16th homicide of the year.
Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call police.
