The emergency room at St. Michael’s Hospital has finally reopened after a two week hiatus.
Flooding occurred due to a burst pipe at the facility back on Tuesday, February 16th around 1 o’clock in the morning.
As a result, there were at least 30 patients, who had to be relocated to other parts of the building.
Officials at St. Mike’s have apologized to those in the public, who were seeking medical assistance in the area at the time and they are also thanking everyone for their patience in waiting for matter to be resolved.
